Adobe on Green Street Bed and Breakfast Policies -Room rates are for 1 or 2 guests. -Two person maximum occupancy per room. -We are not able to provide for pets. -Smoking is not permitted on the property. -Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment. -Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Check out: 11:30 a.m. -Cancellations of 1 room for 1 or 2 nights accepted up to 72 hours before check-in. -Cancellations of 3 or more nights or for two rooms accepted up to one week before check-in. -Reservations made more than 5 months in advance of arrival and reservations for 6 or more room-nights are billed in full at time of reservation. -Maximum stay at the Adobe is six nights. -Our small inn cannot accommodate weddings or groups. If you are seeking more than two rooms we'd be happy to refer you to a quality inn nearby. -City hotel tax of 10% will be charged for all reservations. -Reservations for dates more than 5 months in advance are prepaid and non-refundable. -10% fee for all refunds. -Room rates are subject to change without notice. - Midweek Rates Don't Apply on the Following Dates:Sept. 5, 2010 December 23, 2010 - January 2, 2011 February 13, 2011 February 20, 2011 May 29, 2011
