Adobe on Green Street Bed and Breakfast Policies -Midweek rates do not apply May 25 & 26, 2008, June 1, 2008, August 31, 2008, November 26 & 27, 2008, December 21, 2008 - January 4, 2009, January 18, 2009, February 15, 2009. -Room rates are for 1 or 2 guests. -Two person maximum occupancy per room. -We are not able to provide for pets. -Smoking is not permitted on the property. -Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment. -Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. -Check out time 11:30 a.m. -Cancellations for reservations of 1 room for 1 or 2 nights accepted up to 72 hours before check-in. -Cancellations for reservations of 3 or more nights or for two rooms or more accepted up to one week before check-in. -Reservations are held with a valid credit card and are billed on the day of arrival. -City hotel tax of 10% will be charged for all reservations. -Room rates are subject to change without notice. |
