Adobe on Green Street Bed and Breakfast Policies-Room rates are for 1 or 2 guests. -Two person maximum occupancy per room. -We are not able to provide for pets of any kind. -Smoking is not permitted on the property. -Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted. -Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. & 9:30 p.m. -Check out time is 11:30 a.m. -Cancellations for 1 or 2 room-nights accepted 72 hours before check-in. -Cancellations for 3 or 4 room-nights accepted 7 days before check-in. -Cancellations of 5 or more room-nights accepted 10 days before check-in. -Reservations made more than 5 months in advance of arrival are prepaid with a minimum 7 day cancellation period. -15% fee for refunds on prepaid reservations. -Maximum stay at the Adobe is five nights. -Our use permit does not allow weddings or group retreats. If you are seeking more than two rooms we'd be happy to refer you to a quality inn nearby. -City hotel tax of 10% is collected on all reservations. Starting on July 1, 2013 City Hotel tax increases to 11% and a new Tourism Marketting Fee of $2.00 per room will be applied to all reservations. -Room rates are subject to change without notice.
