Adobe on Green Street Bed and Breakfast Policies -Room rates are for 1 or 2 guests. -Two person maximum occupancy per room. -We are not able to provide for pets of any kind. -Smoking is not permitted on the property. -Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted as payment. -Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Check out: 11:30 a.m. -Cancellations of 1 room for 1 or 2 nights accepted up to 72 hours before check-in. -Cancellations of 3 or 4 nights or multiple rooms accepted up to one week before check-in. -Cancellations of 5 nights or more accepted up to ten days before check-in. -Reservations made more than 5 months in advance of arrival are billed in full at time of reservation and require a cancellation 7 days before check-in. -Maximum stay at the Adobe is five nights. -Our small inn cannot accommodate weddings or groups. If you are seeking more than two rooms we'd be happy to refer you to a quality inn nearby. -City hotel tax of 10% is collected on all reservations. -15% fee taken for all refunds. -Room rates are subject to change without notice.
